We’re looking for artists for an exciting exhibition at Woolwich Works, which explores the theme of 'Season'.

This project is supported by Royal Arsenal Riverside and Charles William Property Investment Ltd.

Project Overview

The upcoming exhibition, themed “Season”, delves into the visual and emotional transformations of the home — a deeply personal space — over the passage of time.

From an external perspective, “Season” reflects not only the cyclical changes of nature’s seasons but also symbolizes the unique memories and emotions of different stages in life. Internally, the home serves as a vessel of time, acting as the backdrop and emotional anchor through various phases of our lives.

Selected works will have the opportunity to be exhibited at Woolwich Works and partner venues at the end of January. We warmly welcome artists to submit their works and be part of this inspiring journey!

'Season' is curated by Mudi Zhang and Dongye Xu.

The exhibition will be presented at Coopers Foyer, Woolwich Works, from 24 - 26 January 2025.

Submission Requirements

1. Accepted Art Forms

Submissions are welcome in all forms of art, including but not limited to painting, photography, video, sculpture, installation, and performance.

2. Originality

All submitted works must be original creations by the artist.

3. Submission Files

Please include the following:

- Artist’s Portfolio or CV.

- Portfolio of submitted works, including title, dimensions, concept, and year of creation.

4. Deadline

The submission deadline is 31 December 2024. All applicants will receive a response by 07 January 2025
