Once you have booked for the workshop the doctor’s assistant will be in touch to arrange a dance consultation time.
About the facilitator:
This workshop
is led by Elena Alava Hilgert (she/they), a SE London-based community dance
artist. Elena’s interest lies in creating accessible dance spaces for
different communities, specifically the LGBTQ+ community, young people and
neighbourhoods.
Accessibility:
During the
workshop, you will be encouraged to dance in a way that feels comfortable and
safe in your body, whether that's standing, seated or a mixture. We will be
taking regular breaks, and you are always welcome to take additional breaks
when needed or step out.
