If your new year's resolution is to improve your health and wellbeing then these classes are for you!

These sessions invite you to discover your creativity, get moving and improve your performance skills whilst having fun and meeting new people. Led by one of Protein's professional dancers, the classes include a physical warm up and elements of contemporary dance technique, all exploring themes from Protein’s repertoire of work.

Suitable for all adults, no matter your age or experience.

Classes are free for residents of the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Note: not all classes will take place in the same studio each week, and some classes may be at Acosta Dance Centre.
There will also not be a class during the half-term break on Thursday 20 February.

Directions

Acosta Dance Centre: this is the building next to Woolwich Works on Artillery Square. It's one of the oldest buildings on the Royal Arsenal and has a clock and weather vane above it. Enter via the black door in the middle of the building.

Beanfeast: enter via the cafe, at the end of the cafe counter go through the door to the toilets, go past the cafe toilets through the next door and take the stairs or lift on the left. On the first floor follow the signs to Beanfeast.

Coopers Studio: enter via the main foyer entrance on No. 1 Street. You can ask at Welcome Desk or go up the staircase on the right (or take the lift) to the first floor. At the top of the stairs walk straight ahead, through Coopers Foyer, to the white double doors of Coopers Studio.

Stitchers Studio: enter via Stage Door at the rear of the building. Walk across Artillery Square and go between Acosta Dance Centre and Woolwich Works. On the right hand side of the alleyway you will see Stage Door written above. Ring the door bell for entry. Once inside make your way up the stairs (or lift) to the first floor and along the corridor.
