Jenny Lau will be hosting two workshops throughout the day on fermenting. Through her project Celestial Peach Jenny explores Chinese food culture in the UK, she hosts workshops and organises community projects around food focusing on those with East and South East Asian heritages. This workshop will be exploring pickling, and participants will be able to take their wares home!

N.B. Participants should bring:

- Airtight glass or plastic jar or Tupperware between 300-500ml
- An apron
