Brassworks 2025
Brassworks 2025
SATURDAY 6 SEPTEMBER
Brassworks is back!
Our festival of horns returns on Saturday 6 September and will feature a parade through Woolwich, and a full day of outdoor concerts in our courtyard.

This year we're inviting YOU to participate in our brass band as it marches from Woolwich Town Centre down to Woolwich Works.
Dust off that trombone and polish that tuba languishing in your cupboard and get ready to join the band as we blow and blast our way through Woolwich!
Open Call: Blow and Blast
Do you a dusty trumpet in the attic? A forgotten trombone needing a breath of fresh air? A once-loved tuba you’re desperate to blast?
This summer we’re on a mission to reunite players, with their beloved brass! Perhaps you’ve played a brass instrument before and now feeling a bit rusty, or maybe you’ve previously performed, or perhaps you might have been gifted an instrument but only took a handful of lessons...
We want to connect a community of players, who are looking to gain some brass skills, as well as have a hoot – if that’s you, then look no further!
We’re providing FREE sessions, and the opportunity to join us as part of a Brass parade (completely optional) this September.
Get in touch to find out more about the project, and how you join in.
